About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Planning Intern to support media plan and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day workflows. Working closely with experienced team members, the Intern will develop practical knowledge of media execution, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and campaign optimization in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support developing media plans by assisting with audience research, media landscape review, and basic data analysis, etc.
- Assist in preparing planning materials, and/or monitoring daily campaign performance
- Support booking and briefing processes with internal teams and vendors.
- Collect and consolidate campaign data for reporting purposes.
- Support reporting and ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year university student majoring in Business, IT, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to understand and interpret large datasets.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about digital platforms and media operations.
Learning & Development Opportunities
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem: programmatic, social, search, video, and open-web environments.
- Exposure to marketing, media, and brand-safety operations in a leading global media agency.
- Practical experience in ad tech, data workflows, and platform operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of industry tools (DSPs, verification tools, analytics suites).
