To support our growing business in Vietnam, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our Ho Chi Minh City Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage Label, package, traceability code.
- Send and receive samples and documents (domestic and global).
- Manage retained sample of all shipments.
- Schedule inspection with QC and related party.
- Prepare inspection and compose report.
- Arrange bookings with supplier and forwarder.
- Follow-up shipment progress and coordinate to solve problem occur.
- Check and coordinate to amend shipping document.
- Support administration tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (International business, Business administration, Supply Chain Management, etc).
- Good command of English (Oral & Written).
- Proficient in MS Office computer skills (Especially Excel).
- Experience in procurement/purchasing in the Food or FMCG industry is preferred. Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of logic, analytical skill, and critical thinking.
