Establish and maintain a reliable supplier network and supply chain.
Source, negotiate, and purchase raw materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Ensure the best possible combination of price, quality, and delivery service.
Monitor market trends, collect market intelligence, and prepare regular reports on pricing, supply conditions, and commodity costs.
Provide recommendations to Management on sourcing strategies and market positioning.
Ensure raw materials meet quality requirements and coordinate with the Food Safety Manager to comply with BRC and other customer requirements.
Represent the company when required.
Maintain confidentiality of all business, commercial, technological, and supplier information.
Ensure company assets, technology, and confidential information are protected from unauthorized disclosure.
Arrange proper delegation of procurement responsibilities during absence.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Purchasing/Procurement, minimum 3 years in Food products.
Strong negotiation, supplier management, and sourcing skills.
Good knowledge of commodity markets and purchasing strategies.
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good command of English.
Able to work independently and travel when required.
Candidates currently living in Binh Duong or Dong Nai are preferred
