PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
Working Location: Mercedes-Benz Phu My Hung, Lot 2&3, No. 7 Street, Tan Thuan EPZ, Tan Thuan Ward, HCMC

Key Responsibilities
Support purchasing plans and procurement projects assigned by the Line Manager.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and reliability.
Obtain quotations and manage purchasing contracts, payments, and order follow-up.
Ensure the timely supply of materials, equipment, and services.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet operational requirements.
Verify the quantity and quality of goods and services received.
Prepare procurement-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
