Main Responsibilities:
• Receive and consolidate purchase requisitions from Technical, Maintenance, and Production departments.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for machinery, equipment, spare parts, consumables, and technical services related to factory operations.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), obtain approvals, place orders, and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery, correct specifications, and quality standards.
• Track order status, contracts, warranty periods, and payment progress.
• Conduct market research, price comparison, and supplier performance evaluation based on quality, price, service, and reliability.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Accounting departments to ensure a smooth procurement process and accurate payment procedures.
• Support the preparation of annual CAPEX & OPEX budgets for machinery purchases and factory upgrades.
• Monitor supplier contracts, warranty terms, and import documentation (if applicable).
• Prepare and report
purchasing expenses, analyze cost trends, and propose cost optimization initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the
Purchasing Manager or the Management Board.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing for manufacturing or technical equipment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
