* PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
A Purchase and Logistic Executive is responsible for managing the company's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Understand logistics, terms to follow up delivery from suppliers and work with customers for delivery on time.
* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct research for new components, goods, spare parts and supplier's development.
Compile data relating to supplier's selection, supplier's audit & performance to enable evaluation to ensure the contract compliance.
Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.
Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization.
Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues.
Prepare reports and updates as and when required.
Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements.
Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation.
Prepare and raise purchase requisition, purchase orders and order schedules.
Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all suppliers.
Work with forwarders related to the delivery, custom clearance issue.
Regular update of sales activities and progress to Deputy Managing Director.

Yêu cầu công việc
University degree, major related to Business/ Economics, Logistics, English language.
From 2 years of experience as the same roles.
Knowledge in shipping incoterms.
Good command of English (basic communication).
Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good organization, time management and high motivation.
From 2 years of experience as the same roles.
Knowledge in shipping incoterms.
Good command of English (basic communication).
