Mô tả công việc

Research potential vendors and select the good one with best conditions (price, payment, after sales service...)
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Create approved supplier database in system for tracking and placing order
Negotiate terms of contract (pricing, shipping term, payment...)
Create PO for all raw materials base on MRP created by planning executive
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with QA/QC department to ensure quality of purchased raw materials meet our requirements
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels to place orders with proper quantity
Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to ensure the reserve of raw materials to meet production needs
Collect the documents to make payment for suppliers
Coordinate with accounting team to pay on time for suppliers
Other jobs related as assigned by department head

Yêu cầu

College graduate or higher, priority to the major of business administration or import and export
Good skill of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), Mandarin chinese language is a plus but not required
2 years or more
Prior experience working in a manufacturing company is preferred
Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent, import, export or similar role
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
Hands-on experience with purchasing manufacturer
Understanding of supply chain procedures
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to conduct cost analyses
Good negotiating and communication skills
Knowledge of import, export & international payment
Meticulous, careful, honest, withstanding high pressure, active in work
