Purchasing Executive

- Closely work with SAP in daily operation
- Receive requirements to maintain and manage service parts in SAP
- Make weekly/ monthly forecasting demand and issue purchase order to suppliers in both local & overseas
- Coordinate with vendors and factories based on issued PO to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with relevant team to prepare ordering for new products or any relevant issues
- Manage leading time, analyze issues to assess vendors/ factory operation for improvement according to company rule
- Control contract with vendors/ factories in scope for smooth activities and required transaction
- Partially follow import shipments and interface with forwarders to adapt customs clearance and goods arrival for stock
- Do monthly payment to suppliers follow to due date
- Other duties as assigned
