Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers from China, the US, Europe, and other regions to ensure competitive pricing and product quality.
Manage end-to-end
purchasing activities for fragrance and cosmetic products, including supplier selection, quotation requests, contract review, and order placement.
Monitor shipment schedules, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Maintain strong communication with international vendors to build long-term, reliable supply partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams such as Production, R&D, and Operations to ensure materials meet technical and quality requirements.
Track market trends, new suppliers, and emerging raw materials in the perfume and beauty industry.
Prepare purchasing reports, cost analyses, and supplier performance evaluations.
1-3 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Priority for candidates with experience in the fragrance or cosmetics industry, or those who have handled imports from China, the US, and Europe.
Good English communication skills (speaking and writing). Additional languages are a plus.
Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders at the same time.
Understanding of international trade processes, import documentation, and logistics coordination.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Passion or familiarity with fragrance and beauty products is an advantage.
Salary: 12-13 million VND gross.
Fixed salary not dependent on sales performance.
