I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Recommend and develop improved systems, policies and processes for the department.
Receive and process purchase requests from Sales and other departments.
Research market information, pricing, and suppliers.
Request and evaluate supplier quotations based on specifications, price, and delivery time.
Prepare cost tables for review and selling price quotation.
Compare supplier quotations and previous purchase prices.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for approval in accordance with
purchasing procedures.
Track orders, shipping schedules, and deliveries; coordinate with Logistics and Customs when required.
Inspect goods and documents upon receipt and coordinate handover to relevant departments.
Coordinate with Customs to ensure timely customs clearance.
Handle defective/non-conforming goods and coordinate supplier claims or resolutions.
Monitor supplier asset returns and shipment of cylinders/equipment to suppliers when required.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree.
At least 2 years' experience
in a similar position.
Language & Computer Skills
English fluently (CEFR Level B and up).
Proficient in MS Office.
Skills & Competencies
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Good organizational and research skills.
Ability to analyze and assess situations and handle problems.

Salary: 12M - 15M Gross/month

IV. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning.
Work location:
Lot B5-14, N6 Road, Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City.
