Mô tả công việc
- Overall analysis of the current purchasing situation, identifying problems and providing solutions -> the goal is to set up the system.
- Analyze current manpower and train as needed & find ways to reduce manpower and replace with system (increasing efficiency).
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
- Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience as a purchasing manager for 5 -10 years, good at English.
- Can work in both Thu Duc and Long An factories.
- Degree in business administration or other related majors.
- Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
- Experienced or proven that one can build a purchasing system from scratch (then control through the system and process).
- Can train employees to develop their career.
- Able to work in a challenging environment and withstand high pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software, ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
