Responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing
purchasing activities to support the company's production, business, and operations, ensuring cost optimization, quality, product variety, and on-time supply:
1. Plan and execute purchasing activities to ensure a stable, competitive supply that meets production and business requirements.
2. Search, evaluate, select, develop, and manage suppliers of goods and services.
3. Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and relevant authorities/organizations related to procurement and import activities (if applicable), ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
4. Conduct market research and supply trend analysis to propose appropriate sourcing strategies for each stage of company development.
5. Manage and improve procurement processes, working tools, and team capabilities to meet current needs and future expansion.
6. Coordinate closely with relevant departments and participate in assigned projects.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics, electrical components, or plastics manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team.
