- Administrative and clerical support to purchasing manager
- Assessing the needs of the factory and assist the manager in making choices about supplier sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries
- Monitoring contract compliance and making sure that suppliers adhere to contractual obligations
- Reviewing purchase orders and other documents to ensure that they comply with company policies and procedures
- Travel to other locations of the factory to perform the work, monitor and manage the team
- Support manager in select supplier and negotiate contracts, negotiate price and contact with supplier, builds and maintain relationships with supplier.
