Job Purpose
This role is responsible for procurement related to both the office and factory to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, evaluate, and develop qualified domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure stable and competitive supply.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve long-term partnerships.
• Request quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and quality requirements.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to resolve delivery delays and urgent supply issues.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs related to quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, QC, and other related departments to ensure continuous material availability.
• Coordinate with the QC team to investigate supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare, verify, and coordinate supplier payment documents with the Finance & Accounting team.
• Resolve
purchasing-related issues and support continuous process improvement.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records in compliance with company procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational (FDI) company.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and purchasing operations.
• Experience in import purchasing and customs procedures is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with USStain soybean is preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
