Mô tả công việc
1) Upon receiving purchasing Request from related technical teams or Project Managers (PM) in DC, conduct the purchasing activities, including but not limited to:
- Work with vendors, negotiate price with supplier to make sure competitive price, evaluate & select vendors;
- Negotiate and prepare the contract;
- Keep tracking the contract implementation, work closely with vendors and related PIC in DC to manage schedule of deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems;
- Coordinate with other teams of the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible
- Follow the hand-over documentation and process the payment.
2) Join as a member of bidding team as required as role of main PIC for commercial part and focal person for documentation of whole bidding process.
3) Manage and consult to DC Directors to improve purchasing activity, including:
- Manage and update vendor & goods data base.
- Manage the service contract list and remind to related all teams to avoid the missing or delay renewal service
- Review the current procurement policies and procedures and propose the idea to review or revise for more effective purchasing activity and being in compliance with all government regulations.
- Comply with Company's anti-corruption and bribery policies

Yêu cầu công việc
Key Competencies
- Bachelor Degree;
- At least 3 years of working experience as a purchasing staff;
- Fluency in speaking and writing English;
- Computer skills: can use efficiency office software
Desirable:
- Well understanding bidding regulations and experience in bidding process
- Experience as technical purchasing staff is an asset.
Other requirements:
- Self-motivation and Innovative thinking
- Time, task & deadline management skills
- Teamwork spirit
- Customer-focused attitude
- Be able and willing to work under high pressure

Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Basic salary from 20.000.000 VND, Effective salary increase by 22% of CB's salary
Lương cơ bản từ 20,000,000; Lương hiệu quả - 22% lương CB
- 12-day Annual leave & 5-day summer holidays upon Company Regulation on Annual Leave and Summer Holiday;
Được hưởng 12 ngày nghỉ phép và 05 ngày nghỉ hè hàng năm theo như Quy định về Nghỉ phép và Nghỉ hè của Công ty;
- All Vietnamese public holidays in accordance with the Labor Code of Vietnam;
Được nghỉ tất cả các ngày nghỉ lễ theo quy định của Bộ Luật Lao động Việt Nam;
- Standards benefits as social, health insurance, un-employment insurance in accordance with the Labor laws of Vietnam.
Được hưởng các quyền lợi cơ bản theo quy định của Bộ Luật Lao động như BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
- Additional healthcare and accident insurance (PTI insurance) provided by GDS as a value-added benefit package for employee.
Được Công ty mua thêm bảo hiểm sức khỏe toàn diện và bảo hiểm tai nạn (còn được gọi là bảo hiểm PTI) trong gói phúc lợi dành cho nhân viên của Công ty.
- 13th salary shall be paid to the employees at the end of year based on the company operation and business achievement. For the employee who has worked less than 12 months, that salary's amount shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Probationary employees will not be paid the 13th month salary.
Được thưởng tháng lương thứ 13 vào cuối mỗi năm dựa trên tình hình hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty. Nếu người lao động làm việc dưới 12 tháng sẽ được hưởng theo tỉ lệ thời gian làm việc. Người lao động trong thời gian thử việc không được hưởng tháng lương thứ 13.
- Additional salary & bonus may be awarded at the discretion of the company depending on the company's performance as well as employee's performance.
Ngoài ra còn có các khoản thưởng, lương bổ sung tuỳ theo tình hình kinh doanh của công ty và kết quả làm việc của người lao động.
