Mô tả công việc

The main responsibility is to purchase spare parts for all factory and other services relating to installation, repair, utilities, service, HSE...
- Receive and clarify the request of purchasing from all departments and the POR Syteline system
- Search and contact the suppliers/contractors to get the quotations
- Check all the technical issues to see if they meet our requirements (supported by Engineering Dept.)
- Negotiate all the commercial terms of the quotations/ offers
- Make and get the approval for all Purchase Order/ Contract
- Follow the Purchase Order/ Contract
- Do customs declaration and work with forwarder for overseas orders
- Update the delivery time/ order status for Partroom and the requesters
- Request payment and follow the payment status
- Update data in the Syteline system and relating files/ reports
- Make related reports/ tasks periodically or as required

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University
- Basic English level and basic Microsoft Word & Excel
- Be an honest, quick-learning, and hard-working person
- Can work well under multiple tasks
- Willing to learn new things
