Objective: Incharge activities and supplier performance effectively, ensure timely material supply and optimize purchasing costs, while developing the capabilities required to take on future Team Lead.
1.1 Supply Delivery Schedule Management
Monitor the entire procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) and delivery progress.
Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure that raw materials and other required materials are delivered on schedule to support production operations.
Proactively handle or propose solutions for delayed deliveries or any issues that may affect the production plan.
1.2 Supplier Development and Management
Identify, source, and develop new suppliers who meet the Company's requirements.
Collect supplier information, catalogues, and material samples, and coordinate with the Production Engineering & Quality departments to evaluate material quality.
Compare quotations, commercial terms, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, and other relevant conditions to select suitable suppliers.
Conduct periodic evaluations of supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery performance, and service.
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, discounts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions to optimize purchasing costs.
