Quality & Delivery: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while applying CI/CD pipelines and industry best practices.

Strong proficiency in Python (with tools like Poetry, Flake8/Black), or Java, NodeJS.
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs with frameworks like FastAPI.
Familiarity with LangGraph or similar frameworks.
Practical knowledge of software architecture principles (scalability, modularity, security, resilience).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and AWS Cloud.
Experience AI coding Agent (claude code/windsurf/cursor...).
Strong communication skills: able to explain technical ideas to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
