Mô tả công việc
Quality Assurance
- Represent top management for Quality matters. Participate in the elaboration of the Company Quality Policies and objectives.
- Implement, maintain and improve Quality & Food Safety Systems through the process from production to delivery.
- Animate the quality and food safety culture at each level within the organization.
- Ensure the planning of the Quality to meet the needs of the Quality management system and reach the defined quality objectives.
- Handle and follow up customers' requests and complaints. Reply in due diligence and propose possible solutions to improve the quality of products and services to meet customers' needs.
- Lead internal and external quality audit activities (supplier audits, customer audits, certificate audits such as HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Halal, Kosher,...). Be responsible for the implementation of these requirements at the company.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of packaging and materials provided by suppliers.
- Update laws, decrees promulgated by authorities and ensure the adaptability of Saf-Viet products.
- Manage effective and quality management reporting through monitoring and sharing of KPI and any relevant data.
- Ensure deployment of an effective and efficient control plan and organization adapted to the needs of the quality/food safety management system and production process.
- Ensure daily operation of QC (Lab) team is run smoothly and efficiently, including mainly control process parameters, conduct the scheduled inspection, monitoring the compliance, testing, collecting, analyzing data, ...
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Foods Technology;
- At least 5-year experience in related fields and experience in team management;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HALAL.
- Good skill in Ms. Office and English communication;
- Honest, persistent, diligent;
- Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving.
