Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Assistant Director (Electronics, $1200, ID17756)
Advise the company and QA Director on inspection and quality measurement equipment at IQC, PQC, and OQC stages.
Cooperate with the QA department head and R&D engineers to develop evaluation criteria based on the 4M method; ensure compliance and stability of quality control standards according to customer requirements.
Develop the MCP for quality control based on the production process: identify control points, define technical specifications and quality indicators for each stage, establish inspection and monitoring methods, analyze potential risks, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with the 4M method, analyze quality reports, and implement improvements when necessary.
Conduct training for QA and QC staff when changes occur.
Coordinate with the HR department to deliver quality training to internal and external departments and customers.
Perform supplier evaluations both domestically and internationally; organize internal audits to meet customer requirements and maintain the quality control laboratory
Requirement
Gender: Male, Age: Under 40 years old
Graduate from University, major in electrical or electronics engineering
Have 3 years of experience in a similar QA position in electronics manufacturing (SMT/PCB)
Strong team management and leadership skills
Good at English
