1. Purpose:
To assist QA/QC Manager to build the quality management system follow BRC/ FSMA .... and apply activities control, Maintain system, responsible for audit from third party, customer. Responsibility for overall quality management activities including raw material input, packaging material, work in process, output, ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality system as prescribed by the company.
2. Responsibility:
Build the system, Establish Procedures, apply, maintain, and improve follow BRC requirements.
Monitor, update, and evaluate the quality management system.
Cooperate with relevant to conduct internal audits, Food safety training program
Main responsible for audit with CB, and customer, including onsite and online audits
Handle customer complaints
Handle supplier Management program
Cooperate with related sections to ensure implementation and compliance with the requirements of the quality and food safety system.
Perform the task required by the Quality Manager.
