Job Objective
Responsible for analyzing, investigating, and handling quality issues that arise during production. Identify the root cause of defects, implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure product quality, reduce recurring errors, and meet customer requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyze and investigate quality issues arising during production, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct failure analysis of materials, machinery, equipment, production processes, and Wire Harness products.
Apply problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, 5M1E, Fishbone, Pareto, and 8D to identify root causes and prevent recurring defects.
Monitor and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Material, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Analyze defect trends, maintain failure analysis records, and prepare FA reports, 8D reports, and related quality documentation.
Support the investigation of internal quality issues and customer complaints, and provide guidance on preventive measures.

Job Requirements Education
College or university degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience in QA/QC, Quality Engineering, or manufacturing; experience in automotive Wire Harness or automotive components is preferred.
Knowledge of production processes, failure analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
Proficiency in quality problem-solving tools, including 5 Why, 5M1E, Fishbone, Pareto, and 8D.
Good analytical, reporting, communication, and teamwork skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to use English at work is an advantage.
