To generate and implement QA Control Plan for product, SI verification & CoC signed off & release.
Responsible for functional audit activities, documenting and implementing QA processes.
Perform in-house quality system audit to verify conformance to the responsible and higher management so that corrective actions can be effective.
Audit the production process to ensure that the assemblies at all levels conformed to the specification and workmanship standard.
Assist the
QA Manager/Head in verifying that the requirements of ISO9001+13485+ AS9100, NADCAP & ISO14001 are implemented and maintained.
Train and supervise QA personnel under his/her charge.
Oversee the company's Documentation Control for meeting customer/product requirements.
Qualify Incoming check/verification on raw materials received, deem necessary.
Administration of RTV, RMA and MRB parts;
Any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor.
