QA Engineers

QA engineers are responsible for:
1. Monitor quality & decide which product is qualified to be shipped out.
2. Work/contact with customer, recipe customer's feedback and request.
3. Follow up the improvement project to solve the customer's issue.
4. Audit process to make sure the compliance.
5. Join the meeting with customer & prepare reports.
6. Technology transfer (process flow, specifications, conditions, documents) from development phase to mass production phase.
