Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Recruitment, development, and performance management of quality team.
Ensuring adherence to customer and company regulations.
Quality Assurance:
Ensuring compliance with customer standards and regulations.
Implementing and monitoring quality targets and strategies.
Addressing customer claims and complaints.
Resolving quality issues in the production process.
Process Improvement:
Participating in process development and risk assessment.
Identifying root causes and implementing improvement plans.
Participating in kaizen activities to enhance quality and efficiency.
Reviewing and updating processes and regulations.
Reporting and Planning:
Tracking performance and planning future improvements.
Making relevant reports.

Required Qualifications:
University degree in industrial management/business administration or equivalent.
At least 5 years of management experience in the garment industry.
Proficiency in Chinese communication.
