Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Chinese, Electronics, $1400, ID 16653):
Lead the QA team to ensure the products deliver meet customer expectations for quality, reliability, and usability.
Implement strategies to monitor customer feedback and use it to drive product improvements and quality testing.
Analyze customer complaints, returns, and warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure that all quality testing processes prioritize user experience, including functional performance, ease of use, and overall satisfaction.
Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback from product testing, reviews.
Lead initiatives to improve product quality, based on insights from customer feedback, product testing.

At least 02 years of working as QA Manager/Quality Manager for Electronics factories
Good at Chinese & basic English
