Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $3000, ID19791)
Participate in corporate strategic management and organizational operations management.
Contribute to the development of company strategy and the Quality Management (QA/QC) Department development plan.
Organize and implement the QA/QC Department's strategic and operational plans.
Establish, update, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and company procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Organize periodic internal audits and supplier/subcontractor audits.
Manage quality documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
Oversee Compliance and Social Audit activities.
Financial Management
Prepare and control the QA/QC Department budget.
Propose cost-optimization solutions for quality control activities.
Manage QC staff-related operational expenses.
Risk Management & Quality Improvement (CAPA)
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
Develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
Monitor CAPA effectiveness and provide periodic reports.
Develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs (Kaizen, Lean).
Establish weekly/monthly/quarterly quality reporting systems.
Analyze defect trends and defect rates by production stage, factory, and purchase order.
Professional & Departmental Management
Guide, supervise, and monitor departments in implementing ISO procedures.
Organize product quality control activities at company sites, factories, and subcontractors.
Standardize inspection and measuring equipment.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve product quality issues.
Organize and coordinate internal and third-party system audits.
Assess the capability and Quality Management Systems of subcontractors.
Supervise Inline, Endline, and Final Inspections in accordance with AQL standards.
Approve Final Inspection results prior to shipment.
Handle customer quality complaints and ensure timely response.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirement
Male, 40-46 years old.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA Manager position or above within an FDI garment manufacturing company with a workforce of 500+ employees.
Preference given to candidates with experience in knitwear, loungewear, and apparel manufacturing.
Strong expertise in garment construction techniques, materials, and quality standards.
Solid experience in system-based quality management.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies.
