Salary up to $1500/month awaits! We are recruiting QA Manager (Garment, ID 21385) for a foreign-invested company:
Establish and implement quality standards for products and services.
Monitor quality testing processes and identify any gaps or areas for improvement.
Train employees on quality procedures and ensure consistent understanding and application across teams.
Collect, analyze, and report quality assurance data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
Proactively anticipate and address potential issues that may affect product delivery timelines and pricing.
Provide planning information to the QA team to ensure timely final audits.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with external QA officers during on-site inspections.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Define quality benchmarks based on customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality assurance protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially operations, to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirement
Female/Male, under 45 years old
Graduate from University
5 years of experience in similar position in garment manufacturing company. Prefer sweaters product.
Proficient in English
