QA Manager & ISO Representative (Salary Up to 25,000,000 VND Gross) - Working in Vinh Long

Job Summary:
- The QA Manager & ISO Representative is responsible for all quality management at Case Concept Vinh Long. You will build and manage our Quality Management System (QMS). You will check that all factory departments follow the correct processes. You will collect and analyze production data and report your findings to the Board of Directors.
- You will monitor quality in all production areas: Incoming Materials, Cutting, Sewing, Gluing, Heat Seal, and Packing.
- This is an active role. We need someone who will identify problems, lead audits, and help the factory improve continuously.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain all company quality procedures, standard operating manuals, and quality forms.
• Manage all QMS documents - keep them updated, organized, and properly stored.
• Conduct regular audits of all factory departments to check process compliance.
• Organize and lead the company's internal audit process under ISO 9001 standards.
• Write monthly reports for the Board of Directors on audit results, problems found, and recommended solutions.
• Collect and analyze production data (output volumes and defect rates) for all manufacturing areas.
• Support the Merchandising department in documenting new product development before mass production begins.
