Mô tả công việc
1. Take responsibility for company quality performance, to control and improve the quality procedure.
2. Cooperate with production members to solve the mismatch error.
3. Making evaluation and reporting on QA performance weekly, and monthly to be shown to the management.
4. Follow up on the customer's NCR and find out the root cause, and countermeasure to solve problems related to quality issues.
5. Attend quality meetings with customers when the company needs.
6. Follow up the quality system according to ISO standards Conduct research, propose and coordinate with units to establish, operate, maintain and improve the Safety - Quality - Environmental management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. At the same time, implement Implement improvement measures to ensure and improve service quality to fulfill the Policies and Objectives set out in the Organization's development strategy.
7. Ensure raw materials from external suppliers meet quality requirements, Ensure the quality of output products meets the requirements and quality standards required by customers/company.
8. Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations.
9. Supervise QC staff and ensure they perform their duties in line with established quality procedures, train new QA staff and evaluate their performance.
10. Verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
11. Review existing processes and product specifications to identify the need for improvement or upgrade.
12. Approve compliant products and reject defective ones.
13. Prepare and present reports to submit to managers on quality activities.
14. Maintain proper records of quality tests, procedures, and standards.
15. Follow Vietnamese law, factory regulations, quality policy etc.
16. Checking and controlling the quality of finished products within specifications before they are transferred into the warehouse area.
17. Check the quality of outgoing bottles before they can be delivered to the customers by way of signing the COA
18. Monitoring quality and quantity of incoming materials: labels, plastic resin, cartons, packing following the company's sampling standard & guidelines
19. Manage and store all original documents of the system. Control the distribution of copies to relevant units/departments or to customers, partners and certification organizations.
20. Lead the implementation of customer audit work.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University Degree/Bachelor.
- More than 3 years working in the related field.
- Sound problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and managed works with good analytical skills.
- A good command of English language skills is a must.
- High working knowledge of a computer skill.
