QA Manager

- Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures throughout the production process (woven/ sweater).
- Monitor and manage in-line, end-line, and final inspections to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
- Lead and train the QA/QC team, including supervisors, inspectors, and auditors, to maintain consistent quality across all operations.
- Analyze defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and international quality standards (AQL, ISO, etc.).
- Prepare QA reports and documentation for internal audits, buyer audits, and factory evaluations.
- Maintain coordination with merchandising, production, and technical teams for sampling and bulk production quality.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and advise on process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce rework or rejection.
