IObjectives: 1Establishes and maintains set requirements for quality improvement. Minium internal defect rate & increase customer confidence and a company's credibility.2Improving work processes and efficiency, and it enables a company to better compete with others.IIResponsibilities:1Plan activities for the Week/Month/Yearly and arrange for QA Team.2Quality report Weekly/Monthly/Yearly to related departments & General manager.3Control and ensure the quality of products for the whole factory.4Customer complaint visiting & solving regarding issues, quality analysis, making CCR and preventive action report.5Managing team KPIs (downgrade, F-cost, NCR) and operating the QA department.6Communicate, and exchange information with departments in the company, and handle and resolve internal requests.7Managing FGs stock and assigning goods quantity to sales stock.8Ensure QC staffs complete the daily quality inspection task to meet the production schedule.9Set up specific quality requirements (EN standard / JIS / ISO) and distribute them to QA staff for inspection purposes.10Maintain the company's quality management system according to standards CARB EPA, TCVN, JIS, FSC.11Do internal audit plan & external audit plan regarding certificate & customer requirement.12Training staff to understand the input and output quality control process. The object for new employees & yearly plan training.13Cooperation with related team (Sales, Production, Raw material) to make sure documentation & quality management system requirement.14Co-work with R&D global team & production team to develop new products.IIIOther responsibilities as assigned by General Director.
Yêu cầu
1Bachelor's Degree from University or higher.2
At least 3 years' experience in the position of Manager of Quality Management Department. Experience in the wood
industry is an advantage advantage.
3Fluent in English (4 skills) & Microsoft office.4Knowledge about SAP, WMS, smart work factory system is preferred.5Leadership ability, good communication skills.6Have experience dealing with customers.7Ability to work under high pressure and good communication skills
