Functions
• Oversee and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable customer or regulatory requirements.
• Define, implement, and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead and oversee internal audits, external audits, and customer audits, including management review and follow up actions.
• Act as the main escalation point for customer quality issues, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including qualification, performance monitoring, and improvement actions.
• Provide leadership and direction to the QA team, including workload planning, performance evaluation, coaching, and capability development.
• Ensure effective cross functional collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent quality issues and improve processes.
• Review and approve quality reports such as CAR/8D, RMA, DMR, and quality performance dashboards.
• Promote a quality culture and risk based thinking throughout the organization.
• Ensure that quality procedures and controls are properly implemented and maintained across all production processes.
• Perform other responsibilities related to quality management as assigned by senior management.
Yêu cầu
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Professional quality certifications are strongly preferred, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, CQE, CQA, or equivalent quality certification
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within electronics manufacturing or a related industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a QA leadership or management role, overseeing QA teams and quality systems.
• Hands‐on experience with ISO‐based Quality Management Systems, including audits and management review.
• Proven exposure to customer quality management and supplier quality management at a coordination or decision‐making level.
• Working knowledge of IPC‐A‐610, IPC‐A‐620, IPC-7711/7721
Skills and Abilities
• Understand full production processes (from Incoming to Packing process).
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
• Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes from incoming inspection to final shipment.
• Working knowledge of IPC A 610, IPC A 620, IPC-7711/7721
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop QA team members.
• Strong problem solving and root cause analysis capability.
• Ability to analyze quality data, set priorities, and make sound management decisions.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, including interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficiency in office and quality related software tools (e.g., MS Office, reporting and documentation tools).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with a structured and professional approach.
• High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to quality performance at the organizational level.
