QA&QC Leader

Participate in reviewing and analyzing business requirements to understand project goals, provide input information as a basis for testing and estimate required testing activities.
Participate in meetings with partners to ensure partners can deliver products in the most effective way.
Develop test plans, and summarize test results.
Support in planning, building and controlling test environments.
Develop test scenarios and prioritize testing activities
Deploy test scenarios, test operational performance and report on arising errors, defining the priority level of each error.
Prepare reports related to software testing.
Ensure testing is performed in accordance with testing standards and procedures.
Research project documents with project team leader and project members.
Allocation of work in the testing team, review of test cases and test quality of testers.
Train and guide fresher/junior testers
