Mô tả công việc
• Manage the quality of imported and exported products to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections at factories and at the office in Ho Chi Minh City; prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
• Create and maintain accurate product specifications in both documentation and system databases.
• Manage supplier certifications, provide support as needed, and coordinate data exchange with QA/CR departments.
• Investigate quality issues and work with relevant parties to implement effective solutions; handling claims and complaints.
• Assist auditors during factory audits and support audit preparation activities.
• Evaluate new suppliers in terms of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Social Responsibility compliance; provide training to help them achieve certification.
• Track and assess supplier performance with a focus on quality metrics; provide regular feedback and improvement plans.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Technology, Quality Management, or related disciplines.
• Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including HACCP, IFS, BRC, and FSSC 22000.
• Familiarity with social responsibility standards such as SA8000, SMETA, or SEDEX is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or QMS-preferably in a food manufacturing environment serving the EU or US markets.
