Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an International QA Staff (Garment, $900, ID 21186)
Establish and implement customer quality standards within factory operations, including staff training and compliance evaluation.
Support customer audits and visits, coordinate with production teams on quality communication, and resolve production quality issues.
Approve samples and production processes, issue inspection and corrective action reports, and prepare quality documentation in Vietnamese and English.
Conduct pre-production meetings, communicate garment inspection standards, perform inline inspections and spot checks, and monitor corrective actions.
Carry out pre-final and final inspections in accordance with customer AQL standards, including rework verification and shipment approval.
Analyze factory quality performance, customer feedback, and defect trends; prepare regular reports and recommend continuous improvement actions to management.
Requirement
Male or Female, under 42 years old
College degree or above, preferably in Textile/Garment-related majors
Minimum 3 years of experience in garment quality assurance or quality control (QA/QC), especially for jackets; familiar with down jackets and T-shirts
Good at English
