Process & Quality Control: Monitor compliance with technical processes and control quality directly on the production line.
Material Inspection: Inspect input material quality; monitor and evaluate Supplier performance and quality.
Documentation: Prepare inspection sheets and factory release notes (especially for bulk orders or products requiring standards higher than general regulations).
Reporting: Consolidate and report on defect trends or issues related to Suppliers.
Improvement & Corrective Action: Monitor and analyze defects/incidents on the production line to propose effective corrective solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Spinning - Weaving - Dyeing or related Textile Engineering fields.
Good command of English (communication skills).
Strong communication and teamwork skills; possess a creative thinking mindset.
Honest, agile, flexible, able to work under high pressure; decisive and fair.
