Mô tả công việc
- Set- up the quality management system according to IATF 16949 for the new factory.
- Collaborate with other departments to establish and standardize documentation based on IATF 16949 requirements.
- Consulting, supporting, and checking the implementation of procedures, regulations, and standards of departments. Providing guidance on timely to handle problems in applying and implementing procedures and regulations in the company.
- Manage internal audit programs, external audit programs related to the IATF 16949 quality management system.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.

Yêu cầu
College diploma or higher.
At least 2 years of experience in managing company quality management systems according to IATF 16949.
Ability to set-up, maintain, and control quality management system according to IATF 16949.
Control internal audit programs, external audit programs, compliance audit related to the quality management system IATF16949.
Good knowledge of IATF 16949 core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Japanese or English (English preferred)
