Receive and manage customer complaints related to product quality.
Coordinate with related departments to investigate root causes.
Prepare customer complaint reports and submit corrective/preventive action plans.
Maintain and update complaint records, quality data, and related reports.
Communicate with customers regarding complaint handling progress when required.
Participate in internal audits and customer audits related to quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Chemical, Industrial Management, or related fields.
At least 1 year experience in QA/QC or customer complaint handling.
Language: Can make report in English, can write and speak English.
Can use 7 QC tools and some analysis methods such as: 5WHY, FMEA, .. in real work (prioritize).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Having a sense of responsibility and dynamism at work.
