QA Supervisor

Main Purpose of Job:
- Quality Supervisor support their factory in specific areas of expertise: Food Safety, HACCP, Auditing, Quality Systems, Product & Process Compliance, Legal Compliance, Zero defect Journey for below scope:
1/ Product scope: Maggi product
2/ Ensure Quality Assurance System at related production area
3/ Eliminate defect at production area by using Q Pillar tools in Factory TPM journey
Key Outputs:
- Setting up Quality Systems, Product & Process Control
- Ensure Compliance of Product & I&R Products
- Building up set of Quality Standards, traning & verifying to ensure Q Pillar implementation at area
People and know-how:
- Promote quality awareness across the company. Contribute to competence development of quality professionals across the organisation.
System design:
- Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufactured material, component, or product
- Building and maintaining the infrastructure and systems necessary to consistently ensure the timely delivery of quality products
- Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards
- Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.
Quality mastership:
- Supports the Nestlé Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect, including root cause analysis after incidents (or near misses) and DMAIC.
- Supports activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Deliver training for their specific areas of expertise.
Quality auditing and verification:
- In their specific area of expertise, assess that the Nestlé Quality Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results in a given operating unit.
