QA Technician

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Science, Fermentation Science or related majors.
• Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and techniques; Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic instrument maintenance.
• Understanding of the brewing and packaging process, HACCP and Good Manufacturing practices for food manufacturing a plus.
• Good understanding of quality assurance/ quality control and problem solving skills and to troubleshoot any beer related issues.
• Good English reading and writing skills; Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid interpersonal skills, team orientation, communication and administration skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions/ procedures, multi-task and manage stressful circumstances associated with a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Analytical ability to gather, summarize data to find solutions to various administrative problems and prepare reports.
