- Be familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
- Work in Agile/SCRUM projects to service client requirements.
- Work closely with PM and the project teams to plan, monitor, and control the testing.
- Implement an agile testing framework that enables continuous testing in line with agile
development processes.
- Collaborate with BA on evaluating business and functional requirements and transforming those
requirements into the team, collaborating with
developers.
- Create test-related artifacts (test cases, test procedures, test scripts, test reports).
- Be able to do the manual test of the system functionalities, UI/UX, as well as API.
- Implement test manual or automation to enable testing efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.
- Bachelor of IT
Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of testing the life-cycle in terms of testing process, quality models, and
standards.
- Strong knowledge of creating manual test cases and testing web and mobile applications.
- Comfortable with using web-based project management and bug tracking tools.
- Good command of English skills (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
- Good time management, self-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Be a team player and be able to work independently.
- Be hard-working and ready to work in a pressure environment to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with working in a team-oriented, yet remote environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic knowledge of the loading test for big data.
- Basic knowledge of Automation testing (Selenium) is a big plus.
