The Job
We're looking for a QC Engineer (Middle level) with solid manual testing experience and a strong eagerness to grow and develop skills in test automation.
You'll work closely with developers, designers, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery across web and mobile products.
What you'll do
- Be involved in refining requirements and clarifying acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Take ownership of testing scope within a feature or sprint
- Design, write, and execute test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
- Identify, log, and track bugs; support troubleshooting with developers
- Ensure product quality through post-release validation and monitoring
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, retrospective)
- Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and quality improvements
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and frameworks
- Apply a security mindset during testing and quality assurance activities
Your Skills and Experience
You're a great fit if you have
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing, with a strong interest in developing your automation testing skills
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience in:
- Writing test cases and test plans
- Bug tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Good English communication for working directly with clients
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge or hands-on exposure to test automation, preferably with Playwright, Cypress, or TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of programming or scripting (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Experience in mobile testing (iOS/Android)
- Exposure to cloud platforms or microservices architecture
- ISTQB or other testing certifications
