QC Engineer

* Job Brief
- We are looking for an experience QC engineer to Control the quality of construction project for piping system and equipment erection at our construction sites. QC engineer will planning and apply the quality control system to ensure the quality of construction works in our project at site and some equipment at work shop.
- QC engineer will also attend the inspection activities of their scope of work to ensure the result of inspection and test are satisfy with design, project specification and code or standard application. QC inspector need to have good experience in welding, material, and technical about NDE work. QC Engineer must be competent in visual inspection, planning, and execution following the planning. Ensure the safety of related task.
* Responsibilities
- Prepare the quality procedure such as Inspection procedure, Inspection and test plan, welding control procedure, welder qualification procedure, pressure test procedure, and setup project operation follow the quality control system.
- Cary our pre-inspection meeting with subcontractor before fabrication.
- Control the inspection Report and inspection Notification status.
- Check the equipment installed/ erected follow approved drawing.
- Check material using correct with design.
- WPS and PQR review.
- Welder qualification.
- Control daily routine work of subcontractor such as: welding condition, material condition, consumable using for welding, welder random check.
- Control welding history and material traceability.
- Control the NDE following project requirement.
- Control PWHT.
- Make piping test loop.
- Pressure test inspection
- Painting inspection.
- Make inspection report.
- Control the nonconforming product.
- Daily report for working to leader.
- Training and coaching for QC inspector.
