* Job Description
- Control drawings and input material documentation
- Control material quality, construction, and acceptance according to project standards
- Work with the Investor and subcontractors on quality issues
- Handle Punch and NCR issues, propose corrective and preventive measures
- Ensure complete quality documentation, following procedures and standards
- Manage fire safety documentation, coordinate with police agencies, the Investor, and contractors in fire safety acceptance testing
- Hand over quality documentation and project documents to the Investor.
- Finishing Works
- Interior Fit-out Works
- Panel installation work / Panel construction
- Steel structure work / Structural steelwork
- Wet construction work.
Yêu cầu
- Position type: Full time
- Experience Level: 5 years
- Education: Graduated from University is an advantage.
- Communication skill in Korea or English
- Experienced in a Korean construction company (Preference)
- Good at word, excel, power point, auto cad.
