Mô tả công việc
- Leadership and Strategy:
+ Lead and mentor a team of QC professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
+ Develop and implement QC strategies, processes, and best practices for manual testing.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Quality Control:
+ Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
+ Conduct thorough testing of banking applications, systems, and processes to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements.
+ Perform root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Documentation and Reporting:
+ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects.
+ Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Yêu cầu
- Education:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Advanced certifications in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
- Experience:
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control/manual testing
+ Have experience in banking domain is a plus.
+ Proven experience in leading and managing QC teams.
+ Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Skills:
+ Proficient in manual testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Knowledge of automation testing is an advantage.
+ English: good communication
