Job Summary:
Lead inspection in quality aspects of incoming materials to fabrication and the products that are ready to be shipped; to ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by Customer's requirements/ Project Specification.
* ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform incoming material inspections according to API, ASTM, ISO, and other client specifications,
• Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and verify heat numbers, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and traceability.
• Conduct physical check and mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, impact tests), chemical analysis (if required).
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and production teams to ensure conformity to material standards.
• Document and report inspection results; non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• Invite customer to check material as following ITP
• Issue report and sent to customer review & approval
* AUTHORITY:
• Authorized to accept or reject materials based on inspection results and documentation review
• Authorized to issue Non-Conformance Reports and segregate or quarantine defective materials.
• Release materials for production after ensuring compliance
Yêu cầu
• Education: Graduate College or high school
• Language: Vietnamese/ English (Speaking-Reading-Writing-Listening)
• Qualification: Knowledge of material standard as : EN 10255, EN 10025, ASTM, ISO.
• Computer skill: MS Office
• Experience: Minimum 1 years' experience or have the skills to meet the job.
• Others: Communication skills; Problem - solving; Teamwork.
