品质管理主管/经理 QC Supervisor/Manager

1. 大专及以上学历,木材科学、质量管理或相关专业优先。
2. 5 年以上家具品质管理经验,必须精通板式实木家具或软体家具其中一个品类。
3. 中文或英文听说读写流利,可直接与总部及客户沟通;中文流利加分。
4. 熟练运用 ISO9001、FMEA、8D等工具,具备第三方审核应对经验。
5. 具备强烈的责任心与抗压能力,可适应旺季加班及跨文化团队管理。
6. 熟悉越南法规及欧美家具标准。
1. Associate degree or above; preferred majors in wood science, quality management, or related fields.
2. At least five years of furniture quality-control experience, with in-depth expertise in either panel solid-wood furniture or upholstered furniture.
3. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese or English for direct communication with headquarters and customers; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
4. Skilled in ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, and similar tools; experienced in handling third-party audits.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; willing to work overtime during peak seasons and manage cross-cultural teams.
6. Familiar with Vietnamese regulations and European/American furniture standards.
