Purpose of the job:
Manages the processes and team to ensure that the products delivered to the customer meet the agreed quality standards. Actively deploys the Quality Management System, assesses its adequacy, and proactively improves it. Conducts internal audits.
Key responsibilities:
Ensures processes and standards are in place and followed by QC employees to ensure the number of batch adjustments/hits is kept to an optimal level. Manages the escalation process if RFT and adjustments/hits go beyond a certain level.
Control the cost of reworking/rejecting batches.
Ensure the scale-up process is followed, reviewed, and signed for approval before and after mass production.
Control process to prevent quality issues by conducting in advance adjustments, working with the RM team to monitor incoming RM specs, and ensuring issue investigations have been implemented properly via standard tools (A3 & PGR).
Control Plant Hygiene process via set up, and monitoring CCPs, conduct swab/dip side testing as planned, and send samples to third party as planned. Follow up on corrective actions relating to hygiene incidents.
Complete all quality report as planned.
Ensure all quality in process NC/NCR are managed by SAP QN system, Lead investigation for non-conforming products/ materials / daily to come out proper action to reduce abnormal product/ daily
via applying effective analysis tool.
Lead for investigation, follow-up, and improvement actions for customer complaints, and supplier complaints.
Supports customer audits, internal audits, and QSAQ, and ensures the team works to (e.g. ISO) implement quality standards and systems.
Manage quality process confirmation.
Follow and maintain 5S plan.
BBS team leader QA: support first training new employees and follow up plan BBS, LOPC, near miss register actions in Enablon.
Validate and approve BOM updated.
