QC Technician

1. Raw material control
· Control document and check all incoming raw material, packaging and label at reception
· Issue non-conformity report and fill in database
2. Trading goods control
3. Goods return and product destroy
· Check and do sampling to control GR before releasing to WH -> make report and fill data/
· Check and follow up destruction action with subcontractor at factory -> make report and fill data
4. Process control
· Report daily in case of nonconformity to supervisor, manager
· Control labelling information, packaging conditions
· Calibration: Control operation scales as sampling plan and report any non confirmities to supervisor/manager
5. Finish product control
· Take retention samples
· Do sampling and testing for release on finish product as standard
· Inform all non-conformity to supervisor, manager
· Daily sensory evaluation
6. Control of delivery
· Check truck/ tank lorry condition before loading
7. Investigate on customer claims and NC
· Test product of customer claim or nonconformity on raw material and finished goods
8. GMP control
· Build up plan including implemetationn, improvement, dashboard with coordination with QA team
· Hold mini tranining section to production team
· Evaulate the effectiveness of GMP checklist vs. current production situataion to renovate the GMP program
· Others: upon request of supervisor, manager
9. Lean organization program
Toghether with QC Senior sup to measure workload, make up skill matrix to build a active team where all members have same skill, rotation ability, available resources.
